    ABOUT THE PATTERN
The Gracefully Shawl is a large fingering weight triangular shawl comprised of four colors and three fun-to-knit stitch motifs. From catching floats to knitting backwards, this is a perfect pattern for learning a few new techniques that aren’t as hard as you might think!

This shawl is a great year-round shawl perfect for dressing up a simple outfit. The yarn colors you use will pull out different characteristics of the design, from fun and playful to muted and sophisticated. The knit is a lot of fun, with plenty to keep you interested in your knitting. Don’t love bobbles? Choose to work the section as stockinette, with beads, or more. Check out the projects on Ravelry for some inspiration!

This pattern is worked flat from the top down. Learn more about the design inspiration, knitting experience, and wearing experience here.

The pattern includes one PDF file with both the written and the charted instructions, but the instructions are kept separate for easy printing.

    TECHNIQUES
The Gracefully Shawl includes simple increases, slipping stitches, catching floats, and a few fun techniques (like knitting backwards) for the bobbles. This is a great pattern for the adventurous knitter that likes to learn new skills.

All of my patterns include clear, step-by-step instructions and linked video technique tutorials that walk you through the pattern with confidence. I am also available for pattern support if you have questions.

Note: many of the test knitters and MKAL knitters learned new techniques with this shawl and were pleasantly surprised with how simple it was with the help of the linked tutorials.
